Overnight Rates:
The overnight
rate listed pertains to the following times below:
Weekdays- Equipment must be picked up after 4:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday and
returned the following morning before 9:00 a.m.
Weekend Rates:
- Equipment out Friday after 4:00 p.m. and returned Monday before
9:00 a.m. equals a
two day rate.
- Equipment out Saturday before 12:00 p.m. and returned Monday
before 9:00 a.m.
equals a two day rate.
- Equipment out Saturday between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. and
returned Monday
before 9:00 a.m. equals a 1 ½ day rate.
- Equipment out Saturday after 3:00 p.m. and returned Monday before
9:00 a.m.
equals a one day rate.
We charge for time out, not time used, including Sundays, holidays
and rain days. |

Net 30 days. A
charge of 2% per month will be assessed against past due accounts. |

Deposits |

A deposit will
be taken in advance according to the renters anticipated length of
rental.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and
Discover card. |

Identification |
|
|
We require
valid Ohio drivers license or state ID. A military ID in conjunction
with a valid
out-of-state license may also be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse any rental for any reason. Period! |

Fuel |
|
|
All equipment
is rented with full fuel tanks. Additional fuel is the
responsibility of the
renter. If you are unsure about the type of
fuel, please call us and ask. If equipment
is not returned full, we
will top it off and then charge accordingly. |

Cleaning Charge |
|
|
Please return
equipment clean to avoid cleaning charges. |

Tires |
|
|
Customer is
responsible for all flat tires and tire damage. |

Damage/Breakage |
|
|
Customer is
responsible for all damage due to neglect, abuse, operator error,
etc.
When equipment is broken or not operating properly please call
us immediately. We
will advise you on what to do. You will not be
charged for downtime due to equipment
failure. We reserve the right
to change a service fee when the problem is caused by
operator
error. |
